When you donate to the Mexico Prayer House Grant, you help to provide a means to send LeAnn, to Mexico this March to train the local church in Houses of Prayer and evangelism. This grant covers her airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, and the resources needed to support local ministry efforts. Your gift directly empowers LeAnn’s mission of service, prayer, and intercession.

This grant meets the following criteria as outlined in the Alabaster Foundation Criteria for Ministry Partnership:

  • LeAnn is actively working to expand the Kingdom of God through the activities and daily discipleship of youth in Guatemala. Also through leading worship and Houses of Prayer.

  • LeAnn is a full-time missionaries living and serving in Guatemala.

  • LeAnn is serving under the leadership and oversight of Adventures in Missions in Guatemala and processes fundraising the Adventures in Missions accounting team based in the USA.

Meet LeAnn.

LeAnn is a full-time missionary who has spent the past five years serving in Guatemala, where God has called her to be a bridge between Latin America and the nations—especially the unreached peoples of the 10/40 Window. Created to worship through song and lead others into deeper intimacy with Jesus, she equips Guatemalan believers in worship, intercession, and discipleship so they can be sent as missionaries to the hardest-to-reach places. Her calling unfolded over years of short-term trips beginning in 2013, a season of waiting in the U.S., and a God-given dream to prepare Guatemalan missionaries for the Middle East—a vision that perfectly aligned with the team she joined when she moved to Guatemala in 2020.

Today, LeAnn’s ministry centers on her mission to serve, disciple, and send. She invests in CarePoint outreach—teaching English, serving meals, discipling children, and walking with mothers as she launches a new women’s Bible study. She also leads worship and intercession at the Adventures in Missions base, overseeing weekly prayer sets and helping cultivate a House of Prayer that mirrors the missionary work happening across the Middle East. Through worship, discipleship, and hands-on ministry, LeAnn is helping raise up a generation of Guatemalan missionaries to reach the unreached.

Why Houses
of Prayer?

One of the most effective and strategic forms of missions is the ministry of Houses of Prayer—places where worship and intercession create a continual altar before the Lord. These prayer rooms reflect the reality of the throne room of God, preparing the spiritual atmosphere for the Gospel to take root in some of the hardest and least-reached regions of the world.

In Guatemala, LeAnn helps cultivate this same rhythm of worship and prayer as vital training for missionaries who will one day serve in the Middle East. She oversees worship and intercession at the Adventures In Missions base, leading four two-hour sets each week with a long-term vision for 24/7 prayer. This environment forms believers who carry a deep hunger for God’s presence and the spiritual strength needed to minister in unreached nations.

How You
Can Pray

As you consider supporting this grant financially, we ask you to also join us in prayer. Here are a few specific ways to lift this trip before the Lord:

  • Pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit as LeAnn trains the local church in Houses of Prayer and evangelism, that believers would be strengthened, unified, and equipped for lasting impact.

  • Ask for open hearts and divine appointments in every training session, outreach moment, and connection with local leaders.

  • Pray for protection, provision, and peace over LeAnn’s travel, accommodations, and ministry schedule throughout her time in Mexico.

  • Intercede for a deep culture of worship and intercession to take root in the local church, igniting a fire that continues long after the trip is complete.

  • Pray that this trip multiplies laborers for the harvest, raising up individuals and teams who will carry the Gospel to their communities and beyond.
